Your Mission:

Represent harness team in system and subsystem trade studies
Design harnesses, including schematics, wiring, and routing definitions
Define, maintain, and automate interface documentation (Pin maps, schematics, ICDs)
Perform equipment interface verification and discrepancy troubleshooting
Document build instructions for harness manufacturing
Plan and support satellite harness manufacture and integration activities
Support mechanical design, layout, integration, and as-built validation
Continuous development of best practices and harness processes

Your Background:

3+ years of experience in harness design
Interest in designing and building electromechanical systems
Proficiency with Altium and 3D CAD routing (e.g., NX, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo) for electrical routing
Knowledge of signal processing, power fundamentals, and electrical engineering principles
Familiarity with satellite subsystems and environmental factors in space
Strong hands-on mentality and comfort working with physical hardware
Knowledge of ECSS/ESCC standards, EMC/EMI practices, and satellite AIT processes
Proficient in Python (scripting and interfacing with APIs) and Git (comfortable with branches and MRs)
