ABOUT THE ROLE

As Commercial Lead France, you will be responsible for launching and developing our commercial activities in France. This is a highly entrepreneurial role combining business development, sales, customer relationship management, and onboarding coordination.

You will lead our commercial growth in France, developing long-term relationships with radiologists, imaging centers, hospitals, and key stakeholders while helping establish our company as a trusted partner in the French healthcare market.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating opportunities from the ground up and wants to play a key role in the growth of an innovative MedTech company.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the commercial development of our business in France.

  • Generate, qualify, and close new business opportunities with hospitals, imaging centers, and radiology groups.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with radiologists, healthcare providers, and key opinion leaders.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signature.

  • Support customer onboarding and coordinate implementation activities with internal teams.

  • Maintain engagement with existing customers and identify growth opportunities.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles within healthcare, MedTech, healthcare IT, SaaS, or software.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing new business opportunities.

  • Experience selling to hospitals, imaging centers, radiology groups, or similar healthcare organizations, including navigating complex procurement and stakeholder environments.

  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and stakeholder engagement to negotiation and contract signature.

  • Experience in radiology, medical imaging, imaging IT, AI in healthcare, or an established professional network within the French radiology ecosystem.

  • Native French and professional English.

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-growing environment.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of healthcare stakeholders.
