POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team on a flexible part-time basis as a parental leave replacement. In this role, you will support managers and employees across the employee lifecycle, coordinate HR administration and payroll processes, contribute to recruitment and onboarding activities, and help ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. This position offers a high degree of flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an international and collaborative work environment. While the role is initially offered as a parental leave cover, there is the potential for a long-term opportunity beyond the substitution period.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are the trusted HR contact person for managers and employees in all personnel matters.
  • Create employment contracts, HR documents, and employee records.
  • Maintain accurate personnel files and HR data in the HR tool Personio.
  • Support the onboarding process and integration of new employees.
  • You are responsible for the timely preparation of the payroll and coordinate and review the payroll in collaboration with the tax advisor.
  • Communicate with external service providers, payroll partners, and relevant authorities as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Support of recruiting processes and screening calls with applicants in LinkedIn.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed vocational training in human resources or a university degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in HR administration.
  • Sound knowledge of labor law and best practices in HR.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a structured and proactive work style.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with HR systems/software.
