As a HR working student you will be part of our administrative team. We take care of the people within the company and all the challenges that are coming up on a day-to-day basis. Your main tasks: Assisting with recruitment (e.g. applicant management, scheduling, communicating with candidates); Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes; Maintaining and managing personnel master data and documents; Contributing to HR projects (e.g. employer branding, digitalisation of HR processes); Preparing reports and presentations; Supporting the team in their day-to-day operations; On site presence in Bremen or Frankfurt is required.
