As a HR working student you will be part of our administrative team. We take care of the people within the company and all the challenges that are coming up on a day-to-day basis.Your main tasks:- Assisting with recruitment (e.g. applicant management, scheduling, communicating with candidates)- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes- Maintaining and managing personnel master data and documents- Contributing to HR projects (e.g. employer branding, digitalisation of HR processes)- Preparing reports and presentations- Supporting the team in their day-to-day operations- On site presence in Bremen or Frankfurt is required
