As Head of Finance, you will have overall responsibility for all financial matters within the company. You will manage all day to day activities related to controlling, accounting and general financial matters and act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, play an active role in shaping our financial strategy, including preparing us for our Series A funding round in a structured and compelling manner. Your main tasks: Responsibility for the company’s accounting, controlling and financial strategy; Establishment and further development of financial processes, structures and reporting systems; Preparation of financial models, forecasts and budgets; Preparation for and support during the Series A funding round (including investor relations, due diligence and the data room); Liquidity management and ensuring a sustainable cash flow; Development of a scalable KPI and reporting system for internal and external stakeholders; Collaboration with tax advisors, auditors and investors; Establishment and management of a finance team.
