For our Munich office, we are looking for a People & Culture Generalist (f/m/d) in part time.

Responsibilities

You create and publish job postings, screen applications, coordinate and conduct interviews, and ensure clear communication with candidates throughout the process
Together with the team, you manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
You keep our HR information system (Personio) accurate and up to date at all times
You support the organization of team events and training sessions
You contribute to improving communication and transparency across the organization and help guide our team through the transition into the scale-up phase
You help foster and maintain a company culture built on shared values and principles
You take on general administrative and organizational tasks

Requirements

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a university degree
You have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and German
You have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
You work professionally, discreetly, and proactively
You ideally have experience working in complex, innovation-driven environments such as deep tech or research-based companies
