As IT & AI Infrastructure Team Lead, you take ownership of this foundation - and redesign it for scale, automation, and AI. If you enjoy turning structural complexity into resilient architecture, we should talk.

Your Role at a Glance

  • IT Ownership: You take full responsibility for internal IT - from workplace infrastructure and identity management to cloud governance, vendor management, security and business continuity. You create clarity, ownership and cost transparency.

  • Infrastructure Modernisation: You eliminate fragility. Reproducible environments, automation-first architecture and structured cloud governance become the standard - not the exception.

  • AI in Operations: You implement AI where it creates real impact: support workflows, log analysis, and documentation automation. You establish clear governance that separates experimentation from auditable, ISO-compliant AI systems.

  • Security & Resilience: Within our ISO 27001-certified environment, you strengthen identity governance, endpoint management, and disaster recovery. Single points of failure - technical or human - are systematically removed.

  • Measurability: You define KPIs and SLAs that make IT performance transparent, predictable, and aligned with business objectives.

  • Scaling the Function: After stabilisation, you structure IT for the next growth phase - lean, clearly separated responsibilities, and automation-driven.

Your profile

Experience & Background

  • Proven experience in modernising or rebuilding internal IT environments

  • End-to-end ownership of IT transformation (infrastructure, governance, automation, security)

  • Hands-on AI implementation in production environments

  • Deep expertise in cloud-native infrastructure and automation-first architecture

  • Strong understanding of ISO 27001-aligned environments
