Urban Ground is on a strong growth path and currently looking for a German Language Specialist in our Lead-Gen team to help us gain more tenants in a sustainable fashion.

Responsibilities

  • Advertise properties on various classified portals and track it from time-to-time
  • Communicate with prospects over calls and email (warm calling), gather their requirements and suggest suitable properties from portfolio
  • Arrange appointments with prospects to schedule property viewings
  • Follow-up for documents, contract signatures and organise handovers
  • Explain Urban Ground business model to landlords, who contact us directly and pass on the strong leads to sales team

Qualifications

  • Highly fluent in German Language (C1) - spoken.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to relate with people and to sell the business concept of Urban Ground.
  • Prior experience of in outbound calls would be an added advantage.
  • CRM experience is preferred

Please note that this would be a 100% remote position (work from home) in CET time zone as a consultant to the German entity
