As our B2B Growth & Marketing Manager, you’ll work at the heart of a fast-growing startup, shaping projects that directly impact our go-to-market strategy and brand visibility. You’ll gain deep insights into digital marketing, sales, and customer behavior – and grow your skills in a dynamic, high-learning environment.

Aufgaben

As our B2B Growth & Marketing Manager, you’ll drive the growth engine behind traide’s brand and visibility. You’ll work cross-functionally with our founders, sales, and product team – with high ownership and lots of room for creativity.

  • Own our digital presence: Maintain and evolve our website (Webflow), create high-converting landing pages, and support SEO efforts
  • Grow our LinkedIn audience: Plan, create and manage bilingual (EN/DE) posts that engage and educate our target market
  • Build community touchpoints: From newsletters to events – you’ll help us connect meaningfully with our audience
  • Create impactful content: Support the creation of case studies, decks, one-pagers and campaigns that align with sales goals
  • Track and optimize: Analyze campaign performance and turn insights into actionable improvements
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Product to align growth and messaging

Qualifikation

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth or a related field – ideally in a SaaS or startup environment
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken)
  • Hands-on mentality, creative thinking, and a structured way of working
  • Curiosity for trade, compliance or supply chains is a plus (but not a must)
