Syte simplifies real estate decisions with AI-based software. Founded in 2021 and based in Münster, Germany, the company analyzes land and buildings in real time and makes complex real estate analyses easily accessible. The Syte platform offers digital twins by intelligently linking various types of data, including cadastral and LiDAR data, aerial and satellite images, and market data. The database enables informed statements to be made about development opportunities, renovation potential, energy requirements, economic efficiency, and subsidy options. Project developers, real estate agents, and banks use Syte for valuations, planning, and consulting. This includes evaluating locations, reviewing investment decisions, analyzing portfolios with regard to renovation needs, and identifying subsidies. Instead of time-consuming individual research or external expert opinions, the platform enables a reliable initial assessment. The team of over 30 people led by founders Matthias Zühlke and David Nellessen serves over 200 customers – from local real estate agencies to banks with thousands of properties. Syte has received multiple awards for its innovative software, including the German AI Award 2023 and the PropTech of the Year Award 2025.
