You are developing and executing a customer success framework that drives our success.
Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process.Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen client relationships.Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues promptly.Product Training: Educate clients on product features and best practices.Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to improve products and services.Renewals and Upsells: Identify opportunities for contract renewals and upsells.Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key client success metrics.Real talk
