Collaboration with clients - its time to get rid of traditional “email ping pong” and phone calls

Social Media Marketing @ Steuerboard

tl;dr we need someone who can write magnetic content, build buzz across channels, and create scroll‑stopping visuals. You’ll shape our voice as we scale.
the bigger picture: you’ll craft narratives that turn accountants and small businesses into superfans. You’ll define how we talk about taxes in a way that’s human, helpful, and shareable.
What you’ll actually be doing:
Develop and maintain a content calendar for all our socials
Script, produce, and edit short videos and GIFs to explain features or celebrate milestones
Design social assets—infographics, carousel posts, banners—using Figma, Canva or similar
Monitor engagement metrics, run A/B tests on copy/images, and iterate quickly
Engage with our online community—reply to comments, foster discussions, and identify advocates
Collaborate with product and support teams to surface user stories and data insights
You should probably:
know how to make social media work for a business
good at breaking down technical topics to make them easy to understand
know your way around Figma, Canva or similar tools
have basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Cap Cut or similar)
love startup life—chaos is part of the fun
be proactive: you spot opportunities and run with them without waiting for direction
bonus points if you’ve grown a startup’s social presence from zero to thousands of followers
Real talk:
You’ll own our entire content flywheel. We don’t have a content ops team yet—you’ll build it.
Metrics matter: you’ll report numbers and push for improvements every week.
You’ll juggle multiple channels and formats; adaptability is key.
Office in Düsseldorf (some remote days okay), but you’ll be hands‑on from day 1.
