What is Steuerboard?

We're building the all-in-one platform for the next generation of tax offices.

here's what that actually means:

the core idea: we build tools that make tax and finance more efficient and scalable by rethinking core disciplines with AI:

  • Advisory - Manually screening data to find risks and opportunities for clients costs a lot of time but is key. AI is better and more scalable than any accountant.
  • Reporting - manually analyzing big data? Not anymore. Get the next action steps right at your fingertips.
  • Automation - Getting rid of repetitive tasks. They shouldn’t be done by people.

    tl;dr we need someone who can plan, coordinate, and bring to life trade fairs, webinars, and roadshows that put Steuerboard on the map across Germany.

    the bigger picture: you’ll be our boots on the ground at industry events, crafting experiences that turn prospects into customers. From logistics to lead capture, you’ll own the end‑to‑end event lifecycle.

    What you’ll actually be doing:

  • Research and secure booth space at top tax and accounting trade fairs across Germany
  • Coordinate transportation, hotel bookings, shipping of materials, and on‑site setup
  • Develop pre‑event and post‑event marketing campaigns
  • Organize and host webinars: set agendas, line up speakers, and drive registrations
  • Work with design to produce banners, swag, presentations, and digital assets for our booth
  • Capture leads, post‑event outreach, and analyze performance to refine next steps

    • You should probably:

  • be good in organizing things
  • thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment
  • bonus if you’ve experience in organizing events and local marketing activities

    • Real talk:

  • You’ll own events from end to end—there’s no dedicated ops team yet.
  • Last‑minute changes happen. You need to pivot without breaking a sweat.
  • Office in Düsseldorf with travel across Germany (expect about 12 trade fairs per year).
