Samp develops software that consolidates technical information into Digital Twins for all stakeholders. The software automates the creation and updating of intelligent 3D models of a plant, starting from the only reliable source of information: the field. Its offering is composed of two products, Digital Twin as a Service and As-Built automatic verification. The Digital Twin as a Service offering uses machine learning to collate 3D laser scans and technical data from various sources to deliver a fully accurate 3D “Digital Twin.” The intelligent model is then turned into a web portal serving as a one-stop shop for all players. While the As-Built automatic verification service utilizes advanced geometrical and topological algorithms, the company's solution automatically compares the laser scans with 3D CAD models, highlighting all differences that require attention. Laurent Bourgouin and Shivani Shah established Samp in Paris, Île-de-France, France in 2019.
