As our Circularity Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging both worlds: using our platform and our services to design, launch, and scale circular programs that keep materials out of landfills and incineration.
Your mission
- Independently manage projects:
As Project Owner, you take responsibility from concept through to execution. Collaborate with leading manufacturers to design and implement innovative circular programs for products that used to be linear. You work independently, organize workflows, and find your own way to the solution – without relying on pre-defined processes. - Be the central connector:
You are the key link between customers, recycling and disposal partners, and our internal teams (Operations, Product, Engineering, Data). All threads come together at you – you ensure smooth collaboration, clear communication, and successful outcomes. - Be(come) an expert in circular economy:
You continuously deepen your knowledge of recycling, waste management, and circular economy practices, becoming a trusted advisor for our customers. Your expertise makes you the navigator for sustainable, innovative solutions. - Work with a problem-solving mindset:
You approach challenges with pragmatism and creativity, always focused on outcomes. Instead of seeing roadblocks, you design pathways to measurable impact. - Ensure customer success:
You are the main point of contact for our customers, guiding them through implementation and ongoing operations, ensuring long-term results and satisfaction. - Design tailored concepts and deliver high quality assets:
You translate customer needs and recycling requirements into customised, scalable programs with high quality concept reports, presentations and general assets that deliver both environmental impact and business value. - Make results visible:
Together with Data & Product, you ensure outcomes are measurable and transparent – from CO₂ savings to process improvements and cost benefits.
What we're looking for
- You have 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in circular economy or waste management related fields, with a proven track record.
- You work independently and with structure – you don’t expect a pre-defined path but carve out your own solutions.
- Problem-solving mindset: you tackle challenges with solutions in mind and keep goals in focus.
- You can work well in a dynamic environment and ensure customer success & satisfaction.
- You have experience in producing high quality materials and assets like reports or presentation that can capture complex ideas in clear narratives.
- You have experience in conducting independent in-depth research, ideally with previous knowledge in waste law, recycling practices & technologies, material properties, resource efficiency and general disposal industry information.
- You possess a customer-centric and entrepreneurial mindset, driving innovative & sustainable solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – you can explain complex topics clearly and bring different parties together.
- You have a genuine passion for recycling, sustainability, and the circular economy.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and German.

- We love a Workation! You can enjoy temporary remote work for up to 3 months provided that you have access to high speed Internet.
- We thoroughly enjoy each others’ company: Once a year we come together for an exciting company offsite to have fun and foster relationships. In addition, we also plan team events on a smaller scale.
- We provide you with high quality, technical equipment (Laptop) and an additional Home-Office Budget to transform your home into the most enjoyable place to work.
