The R&D Project Manager is a key role within the R&D team and will oversee the development program of the next generation platform for multi-omics single cell analysis tools and assays and ensures timely and efficient progress toward project milestones.
What you will be doing:
Oversee individual development projects (device, software, assays) within the Company's R&D programs, ensuring they meet specified objectives and remain within budget and time constraints.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall program goals.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timeline estimations, and risk assessments.
Facilitate effective communication across project teams to ensure alignment and to address any potential obstacles promptly.
Track, report, and present project progress to senior management.
Collaborate/interact with external partners for product design and development.
Ensure project documentation is created, maintained, and organized in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Manage contract manufacturers as part of the manufacturing transfer and commercialization process.
