YOUR IMPACT
We are looking for a FinOps Manager to take ownership of our core financial operations and ensure disciplined, scalable, and well-controlled processes across the organization. This role combines strong Procure-to-Pay (P2P) oversight with broader finance operations responsibility and is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, driving execution, and making sure things get done.You will play a key role in keeping our financial operations clean, reliable, and audit-ready in a fast-growing startup environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own and drive core financial operations, with a strong focus on Procure-to-Pay
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant handling of invoices, approvals, and payments
Maintain and strengthen internal controls across financial workflows
Monitor payment flows and financial commitments to prevent errors, delays, and inefficiencies
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to support scale
Ensure completeness and quality of financial documentation and records
Support month-end closing by providing structured, reliable operational data
Partner closely with external accounting providers to ensure smooth collaboration
Act as the primary contact for vendors on invoice and payment-related matters
Drive timely internal approvals and reinforce financial discipline across teams
Serve as a key interface between operations and accounting
WHO YOU ARE
3–5 years of experience in financial operations, Accounts Payable, or P2P
Strong understanding of financial controls and operational finance processes
Proven ability to take ownership and drive processes independently
Structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment
