We’re looking for a Business Development Intern (Spanish Market) to help us explore one of Europe’s most exciting contractor sectors. Ideally, you’re available from July for 3–6 months and bring the drive to make a real impact.
This isn’t your typical watch-and-learn internship – from day one, you’ll be creating real value. You'll play an active role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, optimizing customer journeys, and helping us decide whether and how to launch in this new market.
Key Responsibilities: - Own the full lead lifecycle: Qualify leads, conduct demos, close customers, and support them through onboarding.
- Act as the face of plancraft in Spain: Be the first point of contact for all inbound leads and pilot customers.
- Customer onboarding & support: Ensure smooth activation and engagement throughout the customer journey.
- Product feedback & market insights: Document customer pain points, prioritize product feedback, and deliver actionable intelligence.
- Localization champion: Review and adapt Spanish translations for product, onboarding materials, and marketing campaigns.
- Marketing collaboration: Optimize messaging and creative assets together with the Marketing team to boost lead quality and conversion.
- Market research: Analyze competitors, pricing models, and regulatory environments to support strategic decisions.
Salary: The salary for this position ranges between €2,000 and €2,300 gross per month, depending on your previous experience.
