We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you'll play a crucial operational role in shaping the employee experience across our offices in Switzerland, Germany, and the US.
You’ll own or support a wide range of HR processes, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operations at every stage of the employee lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Manage monthly payroll processes across Switzerland, Germany, and the US in collaboration with external providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and data across HR systems, supporting legal and regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR).
Support benefits administration and help optimize global compensation and perks offerings.
Coordinate recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and supporting hiring teams to deliver a smooth candidate experience.
Lead operational onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless and professional start for new employees.
Support employee lifecycle changes including promotions, contract amendments, relocations, and leave tracking.
Collaborate across regions and time zones to align HR operations, balancing global consistency with local compliance.
Who You Are
You have at least 5 years of experience in HR operations.
A strong knowledge of Swiss social insurance systems and Swiss labor law is mandatory.
You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
You possess strong interpersonal abilities and can adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
You are proactive and energetic, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Experience with U.S. HR practices is considered a strong plus.
You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken; German is a plus.
