Our mission

Every 3 seconds, somewhere in the world, a person develops dementia. Today, more than 55 million people worldwide are living with dementia, and due to the aging population, this number is expected to rise to 78 million by 2030 and 139 million by 2050. The World Health Organization therefore classifies dementia as a public health priority. Even though dementia is still incurable, there have been significant developments in this field recently: disease-modifying drugs for the early stages of Alzheimer's disease have now been approved for the first time. We have made it our mission to enable early medical assessment and continuous monitoring of memory problems associated with Alzheimer's disease. That is why we have developed digital cognitive tests that are embedded in smartphone apps and can be used in research or healthcare.

Your responsibilities

As a Sales Manager (f/d/m), you will be responsible for directly approaching potential medical practices for the sales of our product neotivCare, preferably on site, but also remotely. You will be responsible for the following tasks in particular:
  • Identifying and personally approaching potential prescribers in practices, medical care centers and clinics/outpatient clinics through targeted on-site meetings
  • Building relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in German medical practices through personal and digital contact (onsite/online meetings, telephone, email, letters) as well as ongoing advice and support with the introduction of neotivCare in coordination with colleagues
  • Systematic analysis of sales territories to identify and actively acquire new customers
  • Conducting product presentations in practices and participating in specialist congresses, physician network events and digital health conferences (national, European and US)
  • Working closely with the Market Access & Pharma, Marketing and Customer Care departments to achieve common goals and implement innovative healthcare projects with academic and industry partners

Your profile

  • You have more than 2 years of experience in sales or field sales in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical technology sector
  • You have a degree in natural sciences (ideally a university degree) and have a high affinity for the healthcare industry
  • Ideally, you already have knowledge of scientific fields such as neurology, psychiatry and Alzheimer's dementia
  • You have a very high level of customer orientation, strong communication skills and very good networking skills. Ideally, you already have a network in the medical field
  • You convince with your self-confident and professional appearance and have a high intrinsic motivation to present our products convincingly in dialog with other experts from the field
  • You work independently and in a structured manner and have a hands-on mentality
  • In the interest of good relationships with our partners and customers, you should be willing to travel, especially to the cities and metropolitan regions of Germany (if measures cannot be mapped remotely).
  • You speak German at native speaker level, as well as very good English skills (C1 or C2)
