Your Role:
As our Data Analyst (Monetization), you will be the primary analytics partner for the Shop Conversion and Monetization domain, owning the entire funnel from landing page to purchase and renewal.
This is not a passive reporting role. It is a strategic partnership role.
Your work will directly influence conversion rates, pricing strategy, experimentation design, and overall revenue performance. You are expected to proactively uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that shape decisions.
What You'll Be Doing:
Own conversion and monetization analytics end-to-end for the Shop domain
Analyze user behavior across the full funnel, including entry points, paywalls, pricing, checkout flows, upsells, and retention
Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests with clear hypotheses and measurable success criteria
Define and validate KPIs across conversion, revenue, ARPU, LTV, and cohort performance
Build and maintain reliable, decision-ready Power BI reports for Product and Monetization stakeholders
Develop new SQL datasets and analytical models to support deeper insights
Partner closely with Product Managers, CRO specialists, and Engineering to influence decisions early
Collaborate with Frontend and Backend developers to implement accurate tracking and ensure data quality at the source
Deliver reproducible, well-documented analyses that reduce uncertainty and support confident decision-making
Proactively identify growth opportunities and potential risks across the funnel
What You'll Need:
5+ years of experience in BI, product analytics, or a similar data-focused role
Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of data modeling
Experience in B2C monetization analytics
Experience analyzing conversion funnels, pricing strategies, or revenue performance
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn insights into business recommendations
Experience collaborating with Product, Growth, or Monetization stakeholders
Hands-on experience with Power BI
Working knowledge of Python for data analysis
A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
