Your Role:We're looking for a dynamic
Community & Social Media Manager to amplify JobLeads' voice and presence across key digital communities. Your mission is to organically insert JobLeads into high-value conversations, identify trending job-seeker needs, and elevate our insights through real-time, platform-native storytelling. You’ll be the bridge between online communities and our content engine—bringing external signals inward and broadcasting our value outward.
What You'll Be Doing: - Build and maintain an authentic presence on Reddit, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and niche career communities.
- Identify, map, and engage with the top 20 job-search and career-related subreddits and professional forums.
- Monitor and analyze community conversations to surface recurring themes, questions, and pain points.
- Collaborate with visual editors and designers to create engaging, platform-optimized content (e.g., carousels, charts, short-form posts).
- Deliver regular community intelligence and sentiment reports to the Content & Insights team.
- Support the creation of repeatable, platform-specific content formats (Reddit threads, LinkedIn Docs, myth-busting posts, AMAs, etc.).
- Drive organic visibility, authority, and traffic to JobLeads’ insights and content.
- Lead 1–2 small “community-led content” initiatives by translating real-time trends into campaigns.
- Build lightweight workflows and reporting systems to streamline distribution and performance tracking.
What You'll Need: - 3+ years of hands-on experience in community management, with a strong focus on Reddit.
- Deep understanding of community culture and how to contribute with authenticity and value.
- Proven ability to identify and act on relevant trends and opportunities across platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and format for different channels.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring performance and optimizing engagement.
Nice If You Have: - Experience in the job search, recruitment, HR tech, or career coaching sectors.
- Ability to work with visual creators to co-produce social-first assets.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
- Background in social listening or community intelligence roles.
