Pactos is a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup reinventing how companies manage their external workforce. Our AI-powered platform digitizes the entire end-to-end process, enabling organizations to manage external staff and staffing providers in a compliant, transparent, and highly efficient way.

Having closed our fundraising (featured in Tech.eu, Startbase, Brutkasten), we are looking for a hungry, structured, and eloquent personality to help us execute and scale our Go-to-Market strategy.
Aufgaben
At Pactos, you’ll take full ownership from day one. You’ll be in close exchange with partners and play an active role in shaping and executing our commercial strategy.
- 🚀 Drive Go-to-Market: Work directly with the founders on sales and marketing initiatives – from lead generation to closing support.
- 🧩 Business Development: Run your own projects across Sales, Marketing, and Operations with a focus on scalability and impact.
- 📊 Solve problems structurally: Formulate hypotheses, test them hands-on in the market, conduct analyses, and deliver data-driven solutions.
- 🎯 Engage with customers: Join calls, demos, and meetings with HR, Procurement, and Operations leaders to capture needs and translate them into actions.
- 🛠 Prototype solutions: Leverage no-code tools (e.g., n8n, Make) to rapidly prototype solutions and continuously optimize internal workflows by experimenting with the latest AI tools.
- 🤝 Shape the product with the founders: Play a key role in identifying customer needs, feed insights into the roadmap, and work side-by-side with the founders as a sparring partner – gaining firsthand experience in building a company from the ground up.
Qualifikation
- Recently graduated from a top university program with excellent grades - or already working in a dynamic environment such as management consulting
- Relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Operations and/or Consulting (e.g., internships in high-growth scaleups or leading firms)
- Highly analytical, structured, and relentlessly positive – paired with strong communication skills
- Hands-on and proactive – you don’t just spot problems, you solve them
- Fluent in German and English
