We’re looking for a Product Manager who can combine product ownership, data analysis, and close customer engagement. You will act as the bridge between customers, engineering, AI, operations, and commercial teams. You will critically evaluate customer requests, distinguish between individual preferences and scalable product needs, and translate the most valuable opportunities into clear product priorities and specifications. The role combines elements of product management, product analytics, and customer success. You will be responsible not only for defining what should be built, but also for ensuring that customers understand, adopt, and benefit from the product.
