As a Working Student in Testing & Validation, you will gain hands-on experience in a high-tech battery laboratory environment. You will support and assist our team in planning and executing tests on lithium-ion cells, modules, and complete energy systems, document results, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and test processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your academic knowledge directly in an innovative clean-tech company.
Run electrical, mechanical, and environmental tests on lithium-ion cells, modules, and full battery systems — directly shaping the performance, safety, and reliability of our products.
Capture test procedures, measurement data, and results in a clear, traceable way that the whole team can build on.
Keep our lab equipment and test infrastructure calibrated and running reliably, so every result we produce is one we can trust.
Help build out our test lab from the ground up — including sourcing and commissioning new equipment as the team grows.
Sharpen our test methods and validation processes, working hand in hand with engineering and product to make them better over time.
You're currently enrolled in a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, energy technology, or a related field.
You bring some early hands-on experience in testing, measurement technology, or lab environments — whether from internships, lab courses, or previous student roles.
Bonus points if you've worked with CAD and 3D printing, or have some familiarity with battery test equipment, data acquisition systems, or common measurement tools — but neither is essential.
Above all, you're genuinely curious about battery technology and energy systems, and motivated to build real, hands-on expertise. Prior knowledge of lithium-ion systems is a welcome plus.
You communicate clearly and confidently in English.
