To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Process Engineer (m/f/d) / Chemical Engineer with a focus on planning, developing, designing, and optimizing complete chemical or physical plant processes. #sort: 110#PES#
Your tasks
Development and execution of process simulations for our PTX and GTX plants, including optimization of flowsheets and P&IDs
Conceptualization and development of innovative processes in the clean-tech sector
Selection and evaluation of suitable technologies and methods, e.g., catalysts, separation processes (V/L, distillation, L/L, etc.)
Analysis and assessment of process scalability and operational stability
Support during plant commissioning and troubleshooting in ongoing operations
Your profile
Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Plant Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a comparable qualification
More than 8 years of experience in plant design and process engineering, ideally in chemical or petrochemical industries
Deep knowledge in chemical engineering and catalysis, preferably in processes such as Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, RWGS, and reforming
Experience in kinetics, heat and mass transfer, including design of heat exchangers and separators
Strong skills in process simulation and system integration
Independent, structured, and motivated working style, with strong team skills
Excellent German and English proficiency, both written and spoken
