TL;DR
Join GlassDollar as our Go-To-Market & Lead Gen Manager. You’ll turn cold leads into qualified conversations - fast. From sourcing decision-makers to running outbound ops that convert, you’ll fuel the pipeline for Europe's leading Venture Clienting platform. B2B SaaS, startup ecosystems, enterprise innovation - if that’s your playground, let’s talk.
What we´re looking for
Lead gen expert
You drive multi-channel outreach - from scraping LinkedIn to running paid campaigns and writing outbound that gets replies.
Pipeline builder
You know our ICP, and you know how to reach them. Segmented, targeted, and always moving toward SQLs.
Test-and-learn mindset
You A/B test everything: subject lines, CTAs, ad hooks, event angles - and scale what works.
Cross-functional operator
You work hand-in-hand with sales, and the founder to keep messaging tight and results measurable.
Event-driven activator
You turn webinars, roundtables, and panels into lead magnets - with messaging, workflows, and follow-ups that convert.
Content-driven closer
You craft sharp copy and visuals for email, LinkedIn, landing pages, and ads-focused on action, not fluff.
Automation-first thinker
You set up systems (HubSpot, Zapier, whatever works) that let us scale outbound without scaling team size.
Even if you meet only 80% of the qualifications, we’d still love to hear from you.
What you`ll do
You’ll lead and execute our go-to-market engine-hands-on and end-to-end. From identifying the right prospects to crafting sharp messaging and launching outbound campaigns, you’ll build the systems that generate demand and convert it into booked calls.
This role is all about motion and precision. You’ll own the process from first touch to handover-delivering qualified leads and setting up sales with real opportunities, not fluff. Success here means the calendar stays full and the pipeline keeps moving.
You’ll work closely with sales and leadership to align targeting, tailor messaging, and fine-tune what actually converts. You test, learn, double down on what works-and cut what doesn’t.
Every touchpoint is intentional, every message tied to real customer pain points. When something hits? Scale it. If it flops? Move on.
In short: your job is to get the right people on the call - then hand them over ready to close.
