We are on a mission to lead the generational shift in the service of industrial machinery and equipment. To achieve this, we are building the first AI-powered knowledge platform that enables companies – from medium-sized machine manufacturers to global enterprises – to pass on the expertise of today’s service specialists to the next generation.
We launched in early 2022 in our home region and have been growing rapidly on an international scale ever since.
In order to further that growth in the US market, we are currently looking for a Key Account Manager.
The position is full-time (40 hours per week) and can be performed fully remotely from anywhere in the United States. You will primarily work from your home office and travel to customers or occasional team meetings when needed.

Your responsibilities: - Building and growing long-term relationships with key customers in North America and guiding them through the entire strategic and operational customer lifecycle.
- Conducting discovery sessions to understand customer structures, goals, workflows and challenges.
- Presenting our solution in meetings, workshops and executive sessions and guiding customers toward realizing the full value of FINDIQ.
- Identifying growth opportunities within key accounts and developing concrete actions together with customer stakeholders to strengthen and expand the partnership.
- Ensuring the successful introduction of our solution on the customer side and coordinating internal and external teams involved in the process.
- Following market developments closely in order to identify upcoming challenges early and position FINDIQ as a strategic partner with the right solutions.
- Contributing to the continuous development of our customer strategy with an entrepreneurial mindset.
