.. is a tech startup based in the industrial region of Ostwestfalen-Lippe in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.

We are on a mission to lead the generational shift in the service of industrial machinery and equipment. To achieve this, we are building the first AI-powered knowledge platform that enables companies – from medium-sized machine manufacturers to global enterprises – to pass on the expertise of today’s service specialists to the next generation.

To further drive our growth, we are looking for you as a Working Student International Sales Development Representative (m/f/d).

We are especially excited about students who want to help reshape the industry and grow beyond themselves. With strong performance and potential, you have the opportunity to join FINDIQ as a full-time employee after your working student role.

The position is based at our site in Herford. A high remote share is of course possible.

What awaits you
  • Qualify leads: assess, prioritize and follow up on inbound and outbound inquiries.
  • Handle first outreach: contact potential customers via email, phone or LinkedIn and spark interest.
  • Identify potential customers: e.g. via LinkedIn, trade fairs, events, databases and the CRM.
  • Conduct targeted research: analyze companies, decision-makers and pain points, and document your findings clearly.
  • Maintain the CRM: keep data up to date, track activities and ensure a clean pipeline.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales: align on campaigns, feed back insights and share learnings.
What we expect
  • You are enrolled at a university, ideally in a master’s program.
  • Your field of study is preferably technical, e.g. mechanical engineering.
  • You have initial practical experience (internships or a working student role) in a technical environment or in sales.
  • You have a strong passion for sales and enjoy working with international stakeholders.
  • You are interested in the topic of industrial machinery and equipment service.
  • You have very good English skills; German is a plus.
  • You work in a structured, independent and proactive way and show a high level of initiative.
