EGYM Financial Services is growing fast and we want to lead that growth internationally. We are looking for a Lead Financial Services International (m/f/d) in Munich to build our leasing & financing business across the UK, France and Spain. This is a builder's role with a commercial heart. Our EGYM technology business abroad is young and scaling fast, and Financial Services is one of the levers that will accelerate it. Your job is to get close to our sales teams and Country Heads, embed financing into the way they sell, and shift the conversation from one-off purchases to monthly rates. You have a good grounding in vendor finance, have led people before, and love winning business in the market? You don't wait for the phone to ring, you pick it up first? Then this role is for you!

Your Daily Workout

  • Partner Network: Build, negotiate, and scale partnerships with international leasing banks and financial partners (BNP Paribas, DLL, local partners, etc.) to secure credit lines and maximize approval rates across your key markets.

  • International Market Ownership: Drive leasing operations across the UK, France, and Spain. Optimize underwriting workflows, align local credit requirements, and establish reliable multi-partner setups.

  • Sales Enablement: Team up with Country Heads and regional sales managers. Equip teams to pitch monthly rates instead of upfront capex and step in as the commercial expert on complex deal structures.

  • Build the Infrastructure: Design pragmatic quote-to-payout workflows, establish pipeline tracking, and oversee international portfolio data.

  • Leadership Perspective: Step into an expert builder role with the clear potential to develop into a formal Team Lead position as the business and function scale.

  • Market Presence: Regular quarterly visits to your European core markets (e.g. London, Paris, Valencia) for strategic partner and key stakeholder meetings.

Your Fitness Level

  • 5–10 years in B2B Leasing / Vendor Finance: Background at a leasing company, equipment finance provider, or asset/tech captive (e.g., DLL, BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, SGEF, Grenke, Siemens Financial Services).

  • Credit & Commercial Know-how: You understand underwriting criteria, scorecards, and risk distribution—and know how to structure deals so partners say yes.

  • Strategic Builder Mindset: You want to design systems and processes rather than just manage legacy workflows, enjoying high autonomy and decision-making power.

  • Languages & Base: Fluent professional English. Based in Munich or willing to relocate (German is nice-to-have, French/Spanish a plus).

Your training goals for the first 6 months

  • Ownership: You've taken full ownership of your markets and your team, and set a clear plan to grow financing volume

  • Sales Integration: You've completed at least one in-market visit per key country and built trusted relationships with local sales managers and Country Heads, with Financial Services firmly on their agenda

  • Rate-Based Pitch: Together with Sales, you've developed and started rolling out a compelling monthly-rate financing pitch that measurably increases the share of financed deals

  • Partner relationships: You've deepened our existing banking and leasing partnerships across your markets and got new activity going with them, with the terms and processes needed to scale

  • Portfolio ownership: You've taken control of the international portfolio. Active contracts, open items and the pipeline are clean, monitored and reported

The equipment we provide
