Do you enjoy building and operating highly scalable, reliable cloud platforms that power thousands of fitness studios? Are you passionate about Linux, networking, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure? Do you thrive when guiding teams through complex technical challenges and building world-class engineering cultures?
Then we would like to welcome you as Team Lead (m/f/d) to our growing international team in Berlin! In this role, you'll balance hands-on engineering with people leadership, spending roughly half of your time designing and operating our modern GCP infrastructure and the other half mentoring, and empowering a high-performing Cloud Infrastructure team. If this sounds like your next move, we'd love to hear from you—apply now! - Team Leadership: You guide and mentor the Cloud Infrastructure team (4 people) with full disciplinary responsibility, fostering a culture of ownership, reliability, and continuous improvement
- Platform Architecture: You work hands-on with the team on designing, building, and operating scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on GCP using modern DevOps practices
- Infrastructure Automation: You drive infrastructure-as-code initiatives and CI/CD improvements using Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions, and related tooling to reduce toil and improve velocity
- Cross Team Collaboration: You partner with Software Engineering teams and the SRE team, enabling them to build and operate reliable services while advocating for infrastructure needs
- Technical Innovation: You contribute to architectural decisions, continuously challenge existing solutions, and stay current with cloud technologies to improve scalability and resilience
- Problem Solving: You take on diverse technical problems and work on tasks that enable continuous learning and technical growth

- Infrastructure as Code: You possess solid expertise with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and have managed containerized workloads at scale
- Observability & Monitoring: You are familiar with monitoring and observability stacks such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Scripting & Automating: You script and automate effectively using Python or Bash, with Go or Java experience being a significant advantage
- Technical Leadership: You act as a proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership, technical judgment, and the ability to mentor and guide other engineers
- Hands-On Mindset: You want to stay deeply technical while leading people—not transition into pure management
