Customer Excellence: You delight our customers through the successful preparation, execution, and follow-up of our trade fairs and events, leading projects in a responsible and structured manner
Coordination: You coordinate external agencies and service providers as well as internal departments (e.g. Logistics) and ensure seamless andclear communication
Financial Management: You conduct quote research, negotiate with providers, create budget plans, and share responsibility for cost-effective event execution
Project Oversight: You always maintain an overview of the current planning status and are responsible for the project's quality and time management
Concept Development: Together with your colleagues you develop physical, hybrid, and digital event concepts and customer journeys that leave a lasting impression on existing and new EGYM customers
Internationality: You work with international teams and execute events in different markets

Your fitness level

Qualification: You have a degree focusing on Event Management or a similar field
Experience: You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager, specifically in trade fair planning and organization, ideally within an international environment
Methodology: You work in an exceptionally structured and independent manner, keep a cool head during stressful times, and communicate relevant information concisely to supervisors, colleagues, and providers
Attention to Detail: You have an eye for detail without losing sight of the big picture and possess excellent time management skills
Customer Focus: The customer always comes first for you; you have a friendly smile and interact respectfully and firmly with both customers and stakeholders
Soft Skills: You bring a high degree of responsibility, reliability, and problem-solving skills to the table and are a true team player
Mobility: You are willing to travel occasionally, primarily within Germany, to manage our events on-site
Languages: You are fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)

Your training goal for your first 6 months

Execution: You have successfully prepared and executed a trade fair or large EGYM owned event
Familiarity: You are familiar with our workflows, processes, and stakeholders
Collaboration: You are well-integrated into the team and the company
