  • Customer Support: You ensure optimal support for our fitness and wellness facilities within the Hussle/EGYM Wellpass partner network, and act as a link between our Sales, Marketing and Product teams
  • Contract Management: You manage contract administration (processing, auditing, and database maintenance) for our network partners
  • Billing & Accounting: In close cooperation with our finance team, you ensure a smooth monthly billing process (partner payouts, credit notes, invoice verification, reporting, etc.)
  • Onboarding: You guide our partner facilities through the activation processes for our check-in and class booking integrations, ensuring a seamless training experience for our members
  • Process Optimisation: You contribute your ideas and suggestions to make our processes even more efficient
Your fitness level
  • Education: You are ideally educated to degree level in business, sports, health sciences, or a related field. Alternatively, you have 3 or more years working in a related field
  • Professional Experience: You have prior experience in customer communication and administration; ensuring customer satisfaction is always your top priority
  • IT Skills: You possess sound knowledge of M365 (especially Excel) and ideally experience with Salesforce and Intercom. You have a general interest in digital topics and enjoy familiarising yourself with new tools
  • Process Optimisation: You have experience in optimising processes and love implementing the best solutions together with your team
  • Working Style: You enjoy working independently, in a structured and meticulous manner, and you are a quick learner
  • Language Skills: You are fluent in English (written and spoken), a second language such as German or French would be a bonus
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • Independency: You handle contract and billing enquiries from our partners independently or with minimal supervision
  • Tool & Process Knowledge: You are proficient in our CRM system and develop suggestions for improving our tools and operational processes
  • Network: You are an open-minded personality who builds trusting relationships within the team and is highly valued for your collaborative approach
