We are looking for a creative and driven Field Marketing Manager to build and scale our Field Marketing function from the ground up at Doinstruct. In this role, you will design and execute high-impact marketing initiatives aimed at reaching a largely offline, non-digital-native audience. You’ll be responsible for developing a scalable event strategy that directly influences revenue growth, targeting around 2–3 events per month. This is a unique opportunity to shape our approach to Field Marketing, experiment with innovative formats, and create meaningful connections with our audience.
What You’ll Do
Build & Execute Field Marketing Programs – Develop and implement marketing initiatives that drive pipeline generation and influence approximately €1 million in revenue per year.
Event Strategy & Execution – Strategize, plan, and execute various marketing events, including physical, digital, and hybrid formats, aimed at effectively reaching and engaging our audience.
Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives, pulling in relevant stakeholders to support events as needed.
Measure & Optimize – Track performance metrics and iterate on campaigns to improve efficiency, engagement, and overall revenue impact.
Establish Scalable Processes – Lay the groundwork for a robust, repeatable event marketing playbook, ensuring scalability as we expand into new markets.

Audience-Centric Marketing – Develop approaches to effectively reach a non-digital-native audience, experimenting with creative strategies to maximize engagement.
What We’re Looking For
Field Marketing Experience – At least 2 years of experience in Field Marketing within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with exposure to launching programs from scratch.
Proven Revenue Influence – Demonstrated ability to design and execute marketing programs that drive measurable revenue impact.
Strategic & Hands-On Approach – Ability to balance high-level strategy with detailed, hands-on execution, especially when experimenting with new event formats.
Data-Driven & Adaptive – Comfort with measuring marketing performance, making data-driven decisions, and refining approaches to maximize results.
Collaboration & Communication Skills – Strong ability to work with Sales, CSMs, and Leadership, aligning efforts to drive revenue growth.
Fluency in German & English – Excellent communication skills; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
