Sales & Business Development · Full-time
Full-time | Remote (UK-based)
Own enterprise growth. Build relationships. Help global brands connect their content and creative workflows.
We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help grow CI HUB's direct sales business in the UK and beyond.
This is an opportunity to join a profitable, growing SaaS company at an exciting stage of its commercial journey. You'll work with enterprise customers, technology partners, and internal teams to solve real challenges around digital asset management, brand consistency, and content workflows.
We're a small, international team with ambitious goals and a strong product. You'll have the autonomy to develop your territory, shape our enterprise sales approach, and make a measurable impact on our growth.
About CI HUB:
CI HUB provides seamless access to 60+ Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems directly inside the tools where work happens, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, and more. We are a team of ~50 people, profitable, and growing in a large, underserved market. Our product sits at the intersection of user workflows, integrations, and platform strategy, helping companies bring their content into the tools they already use. We work remotely, communicate in English, and value ownership, collaboration, and straightforward communication.
The Role:
As our Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and closing new enterprise business, with a primary focus on the UK market.
You'll own the full sales cycle, from identifying and engaging potential customers to navigating complex buying processes, negotiating commercial agreements, and closing deals. You'll work with a combination of self-generated opportunities, inbound demand, and leads originating from our technology partner ecosystem, including established players in the DAM and creative technology space. Enterprise sales at CI HUB is consultative. Our customers often operate across multiple departments, systems, and geographies. You'll need to understand their existing technology landscape, identify business challenges, and demonstrate how CI HUB can simplify workflows and create value.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with significant autonomy and the opportunity to help shape our growing direct sales organization.
What You'll Do:
-
Drive new business: Own and exceed your new business ARR targets by developing and closing enterprise opportunities across the UK/US market.
-
Build your pipeline: Proactively identify, prospect, and engage enterprise accounts through strategic outbound activities, account-based selling, and relationship building.
-
Manage the full sales cycle: Lead opportunities from initial discovery through product demonstrations, stakeholder alignment, proposals, procurement, negotiation, and contract signature.
-
Sell consultatively: Understand customers' DAM, content management, and creative workflows to position CI HUB's solutions against their business requirements.
-
Navigate enterprise complexity: Build relationships with multiple stakeholders, including Marketing, Creative Operations, IT, Procurement, and executive decision-makers.
-
Leverage our partner ecosystem: Collaborate with technology and channel partners to develop qualified opportunities and progress joint enterprise sales engagements.
- Develop strategic accounts: Identify opportunities for larger deployments, phased rollouts, and long-term commercial relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales Development, Customer Success, Product, and our technical teams to ensure successful evaluations and customer handovers.
- Own your forecast: Maintain accurate pipeline data, opportunity qualification, deal progression, and revenue forecasts in HubSpot.
- Help shape our sales organization: Contribute to improving our sales processes, messaging, playbooks, and enterprise go-to-market strategy as the team grows.
