CI HUB | Junior Product Manager - Brand & Canva Connector (Full time, Remote)

Position Overview:

You'll work alongside the CPO on two high-visibility connector products: Brand Connector & Canva Connector. These products sit at the intersection of brand management & creative workflows, used by teams at large organisations to keep their content on-brand & accessible. This is a hands-on role where you own the detail work that keeps product development moving, and learn the craft of product management by doing it from day one.

The Role You'll own the products that determine how customers discover, adopt, and expand their use of CI HUB: sign-up and upgrade flows, license management (My CI HUB), payment, and one used by thousands of creatives: Connector Professional. Some need optimization, some need rethinking, all of them sit at the intersection of user experience, business model, and platform strategy. Your decisions move revenue & adoption metrics.

What You'll Do:

  1. Drive day-to-day product delivery: write user stories & acceptance criteria, manage backlogs, coordinate with engineering & design, and keep development on track

  2. Turn feedback from users, buyers and reseller partners into actionable insights.
  3. Support go-to-market for your products: work with customer success, marketing, documentation, and partner teams to make sure improvements news reach users.

  4. Analyse bug reports and prepare & prioritize work to fix them.

  5. Track product metrics, prepare reports and contribute to build-measure-learn iteration cycles with insights from data.
  6. Prepare product updates and materials for reseller partners.

  7. Progressively take on more responsibility as you grow into the role

What We're Looking For:

  1. 1 -2 years experience in product management, product ops, or a closely related role (eg. UX, business analysis, technical project management) OR a “passion project“ product or business that you have build.

  2. Tertiary Education in Business, Design, Maths, Psych or related fields.

  3. Interest in B2B SaaS and how enterprise software gets adopted through channel partners.

  4. Detail-oriented & reliable with follow-through: nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.

  5. You ask good questions, spot patterns in feedback, and don't just relay what users say but think about what it means.

  6. Affinity for numbers, data and metrics. Ability to produce insightful graphs or tables.
  7. Ability to communicate complex concepts and requirements clearly in writing.
  8. Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  9. Experience using AI tools proactively to get more done at exceptional quality.
  10. Fluent English required. German a plus.

  11. Willing to work with 4+ hours overlap with German business hours.
