Position Overview:
CI HUB is looking for a motivated and strategic Partner Manager to join our Partnerships Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with the company’s partners, including resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances. The goal is to drive mutual growth, enhance market presence, and align with the company’s business objectives.
The primary focus of this role is to manage partnerships within the Business Ecosystem, particularly with platforms such as Microsoft, Box, Dropbox, Google Workspace, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to achieve business goals.
- Identify potential partners and establish new strategic relationships.
- Manage and nurture existing partnerships to ensure mutual benefit and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback and guidance.
- Facilitate communication between partners and internal departments to ensure alignment.
- Conduct business reviews with partners to address challenges and identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics to spot new opportunities.
