Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Community Manager to join our Partnerships team at CI HUB. This role is focused on building and maintaining a thriving community of partners, ensuring continuous engagement, support, and feedback collection. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of partner ecosystems in the software industry.
This position offers flexibility: work 100% remotely or from one of our office locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and maintain an active and engaged partner community.
- Manage monthly partner newsletters, office hours, and Sales Club content updates.
- Triage partner questions to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Distribute and track incoming leads to partners, ensuring follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain and update HubSpot CRM data for partnership tracking and communication.
- Monitor and manage discussions across online forums, social media platforms, and other community channels.
- Create engaging content including tutorials, blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
- Organize and host community events such as webinars, live Q&A sessions, and user meetups.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative environment among community members.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to relay partner feedback and drive community-informed improvements.
- Track community metrics, analyze engagement data, and deliver actionable insights.
- Provide regular updates and community reports to senior management.
- Stay informed on industry trends and community management best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community management, ideally within the software industry.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM and social media tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in content creation, event coordination, and social media management.
- Ability to independently manage tasks and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience analyzing community engagement metrics and turning them into actionable strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
