Responsibility for our Accounting: You ensure the smooth auditing, account assignment and posting of all business transactions, from accounts receivable to accounts payable
Ensuring Liquidity: Through proactive receivables management and the implementation of our dunning process, you ensure that our cash flow remains healthy
Creating Transparency: You are the point of contact for our internal stakeholders and help them understand their costs. You also work closely with our travel policy team to check travel expenses
Improving Processes: You actively contribute to the further development of our financial processes and contribute ideas for automation
You have successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as a Tax Clerk or Accountant) and have at least one year of relevant professional experience
You have a highly structured, precise and independent approach to your work
You are familiar with digital accounting, especially DATEV and Moss
Ideally, you have knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, Upflow or Stripe and are motivated to further optimise our financial processes
As this is a part-time position, you should ideally work 20-30 hours per week
You speak German at native level and have a very good command of English
