beeOLED is a Dresden-based deep-tech start-up that has been pursuing a new approach to OLED technology since its foundation in 2020. Our aim is to make OLED displays more efficient and durable – using highly specialised materials and fine chemicals developed in-house.

Your profile
Professional qualifications:
- A university degree with a PhD in Chemistry, specialising in Analytical Chemistry
- At least 10 years’ professional experience
- Extensive experience in the analysis of organometallic compounds
- Team leadership skills would be an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of analytical methods, in particular:
- ICP-OES, IC, HPLC, XRD, GC, TGA, EA, MS
- Experience in data analysis and the interpretation of complex measurement results
- Above-average commitment, perseverance and a determined, thorough approach to work.
Personal and interpersonal skills:
- Very good written and spoken German and English (at least B2 level in each)
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment – a start-up
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- In addition, you will demonstrate:
- organisational skills; the ability to work in a planned and systematic manner;
- a precise, goal-oriented, punctual and independent approach to work within a team;
- quick comprehension and good communication skills;
- an analytical, structured and solution-oriented mindset focused on economic efficiency;
- as well as attention to detail and reliability.
Your responsibilities:
- Potential for progression into a team leadership role
- Development of analytical methods, in particular HPLC, GC, ICP-OES and IC, for the characterisation of (metal-)organic materials,
- Development and management of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs),
- Comprehensive characterisation of material properties and drawing conclusions from these,
- Development and management of quality standards and processes in collaboration with customers and suppliers,
- Management of internal and external projects, including planning, project monitoring, risk management, ensuring that objectives are met, and report writing
