Your mission at AWAKE Mobility: Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at AWAKE Mobility, you'll play a vital role in driving product adoption and contributing to our dynamic Customer Success Team. You'll be at the forefront of helping our clients maximise the value of our innovative solutions and achieve their operational goals. This position offers you the autonomy to leverage your knowledge and skills, making a real impact on customer success. In doing so, you’ll also have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in emission-free public transport, IoT, data analytics, digitalisation, and process optimisation — skills that are shaping the future of mobility solutions.

What you'll do

Foster relationships: Proactively manage customer relationships, ensuring success and satisfaction with clients in public transportation.
Drive adoption: Optimise customer processes to enable smooth adoption of our solutions, like remote diagnostics and predictive maintenance.
Collaborate across teams: Work with Sales, Engineering, UI/UX, and Product teams to align efforts and drive innovation.
Set and track Goals: Define, track, and communicate customer goals, ensuring transparency and advocating for continuous improvement.

What you bring

Experience in Customer Success especially in fast-paced environments where your proactive approach makes a difference
Passion for emerging technologies, particularly in electric buses and IoT applications, with a strong desire to learn and grow in this dynamic field.
Excellent communication skills, including fluency in German, enabling effective connections with both customers and colleagues.
Data-driven mindset paired with exceptional problem-solving skills and a self-starter attitude that thrives in collaborative environments.
