THE TEAM AND ROLE

As Field Marketing Manager (all genders), you will shape and scale Avelios’ field marketing engine and play a key role in strengthening our market presence. By designing and executing high-impact events, strategic partner activations and targeted field initiatives, you will drive pipeline growth, accelerate commercial success and position Avelios as a trusted leader for healthcare decision-makers. Your success will be reflected in measurable business impact, outstanding event experiences and a field marketing function that continuously expands our visibility, credibility and growth.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact field marketing initiatives aligned with marketing and sales goals to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen market positioning

  • Design impactful event experiences across online and offline formats that translate Avelios’ positioning into compelling interactions for healthcare decision-makers to clearly communicate our value

  • Work with commercial and services partners to co-create and execute field marketing initiatives (e.g., joint events, co-branded campaigns, industry associations)

  • Ensure structured follow-up and ROI tracking by coordinating post-event actions with Sales and continuously optimizing based on performance insights

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Business, Event Management, Marketing, or related field (strong academic performance), or vocational training in a high-performance B2B marketing/event agency

  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in a top-tier agency, scale-up or SaaS environment

  • Highly structured, hands-on, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a clear bias toward execution and delivery

  • Experience with virtual event tools/video conferencing, interest in design tools and ability to create visually compelling materials

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
