THE TEAM AND ROLE

As Head of Partnerships (all genders), you build, own and scale Avelios’ implementation partner ecosystem as a strategic growth lever. This role is responsible for defining the partner strategy and program, hiring and leading a high-performing partnerships team and directly driving high-impact strategic partnerships. Success means establishing a scalable, high-quality partner network that accelerates growth, enables reliable project delivery and positions Avelios as a central player in the healthtech ecosystem.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and evolve the partnership strategy, build a structured partner program and implement scalable systems, standards and metrics aligned with company growth

  • Identify, negotiate and manage complex service partnerships, personally owning key relationships and acting as a trusted counterpart to senior partner leadership

  • Act as a cross-functional architect to ensure partner success, reduce operational friction, and continuously optimize performance and market impact

  • Develop and coach a lean, high-impact team while establishing clear goals, operating cadence and a fast-paced culture of ownership and accountability

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from a top-ranked business school in a business-related field

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally from a top-tier consultancy, scale-up or other fast-paced strategic environments with exposure to demanding projects

  • Excellent leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset to get things done

  • Keen interest in healthcare technology with the ability to motivate, impress and build trust quickly

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
