THE TEAM AND ROLE
As a Working Student Compliance Management (all genders), you provide hands-on operational support to the Compliance Manager in the implementation and ongoing monitoring of certification requirements in accordance with DIN EN ISO (ISO 27001/ ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 and BSI C5) standards. The role contributes to ensuring that compliance processes are effectively embedded and maintained across the organization. In addition, the working student supports the preparation and provision of regulatory information (e.g. GDPR), guidance, and documentation for product development teams. This position helps bridge regulatory requirements and day-to-day product development activities to support compliant and high-quality solutions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Compliance Manager in the implementation, documentation, and monitoring of certification and regulatory requirements (e.g. DIN EN ISO, BSI C5)
Assist in maintaining compliance-related processes, policies, and evidence in collaboration with engineering, product management, IT, and project teams
Prepare, structure, and update regulatory documentation and internal training materials for product developers and other stakeholders
Support audits, internal reviews, and continuous improvement activities by gathering information, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up across teams
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Currently studying in industrial engineering, a technical field of study, or law
Initial experience or strong interest in structured, process-oriented work (e.g. through internships, student jobs, or university projects)
Confident use of common office tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Notion), and the ability to document processes and requirements clearly and systematically
Strong communication and collaboration skills, paired with a high level of accuracy, reliability, and a pragmatic, hands-on, self-managed working style suitable for a startup environment
Very good communication skills in German and English
