As an Intern Recruiting & Sourcing (all genders), you will become part of a dedicated team focused on building efficient recruiting workflows and hiring top talent for Avelios.
Aligning closely with recruiters and People Partners on hiring needs and role requirements
Supporting candidate sourcing activities, primarily via LinkedIn
Creating and maintaining job postings as well as internal role and requirement profiles
Supporting the further setup of our new recruiting tool
Enrolled student at a top-tier university, preferably in (business) psychology, economics, or a related field
Initial relevant work experience is required; experience in start-ups, HR departments, or management consulting is a strong advantage
Confident use of MS Office; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Ashby is a plus
Strong team fit and very good written communication skills
Fluency in English required; fluency in German is a strong plus
