THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE

As a Manual Software Tester in Healthcare (all genders), you ensure that our software not only works reliably but also delivers an excellent user experience in the healthcare environment. Whether you bring experience in software testing and quality assurance or a clinical background with a strong interest in technology and software, you contribute your perspective to continuously improving the quality of our platform.

In close collaboration with our Product and Engineering teams, you identify issues early, improve usability, and help ensure the stability and quality of our software, contributing directly to a better digital care experience in hospitals.

YOUR TASKS

  • Test software quality: Manually test our software for functionality, design, usability, and content accuracy based on defined requirements and test plans.

  • Identify and document issues: Detect, reproduce, and precisely document all types of deviations, from spelling mistakes and usability inconsistencies to technical bugs.

  • Manage bug reporting: Create clear and reproducible Jira tickets for identified issues and track their progress through resolution.

  • Maintain test documentation: Develop and maintain structured test plans, test cases, and test reports to ensure consistent and traceable testing.

  • Verify fixes: Conduct regression tests for resolved issues to confirm fixes and ensure that existing functionality remains stable.

  • Contribute your perspective: Apply your QA experience or clinical understanding to identify opportunities to continuously improve the quality and usability of our software.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Either experience in software testing, test methods, and quality assurance or professional experience in a clinical environment, such as nursing, medicine, or another healthcare profession with a strong interest in software and technology

  • Technical understanding, perseverance, and a strong commitment to quality

  • Highly structured and self-driven working style

  • Strong attention to detail and passion for precise results

  • Solution-oriented mindset and hands-on mentality

  • Experience with Jira is a plus

  • Fluent in German and English
