As an Intern Product Management (all genders), you will become part of a cross-functional team that brings together medical expertise, design, and engineering to build products that solve real problems in clinical practice. You’ll support our product managers in shaping the backlog, refining features, and driving the development process forward — all while gaining deep insights into agile product work in a high-impact healthcare setting.
Join a cross-functional team of engineers, medical experts, and designers to help develop outstanding software
Assist in managing the product backlog and translating requirements into clear user stories
Collaborate with the medical team to understand user needs and iterate on product ideas and prototypes
Support engineers in day-to-day development to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality releases
Help facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings
Build a deep understanding of our users and their workflows to inform better product decisions
Currently enrolled in a business, technology-related, or comparable field of study
Experience with agile methodologies and tools (or strong willingness to learn quickly)
Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working closely with engineers and domain experts
Genuine interest in building digital health solutions that create real-world value
Proactive mindset with a hands-on, reliable working style
Fluency in German and English
