As a Working Student (all genders) People & Operations, you will become part of a team that is committed in building efficient workflows as well as hiring the best talents for Avelios. You’ll support us in a wide range of people topics to support our growth journey.
You actively support us in recruiting by doing active sourcing on LinkedIn to find top talent and win them for Avelios
You work closely with our HR project manager to support the ongoing setup (e.g., automations or analytics) of our new ATS Ashby as well as doing research and analysis of a potential new HRIS
You will take over various tasks that may come up in the context of employee relations, e.g. supporting employees in applying for residence permits
Studying in business, human resources or psychology at a top tier business school or in a similarly competitive environment
First work experience in HR departments is an advantage
Reliable, self-structured and result-oriented way of working
Proactive mindset with a hands-on mentality
Fluency in German and English
