At AuditOne, we are building the ISO-OS, an operating system augmented by AI that helps auditors and certification bodies move away from manual spreadsheets and processes into automated, scalable compliance workflows.
We are looking for a QA & Technical Support Engineer to be the vital link between our clients and our engineering team. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, responsible for diagnosing what went wrong and ensuring our product quality remains world-class.
What You’ll Do- Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the "detective." When a client reports an issue, you’ll dig into the system to identify exactly where the error is occurring (Frontend vs. Backend) so our developers can fix it quickly.
- Client Support: Manage incoming technical inquiries via Google Chat and Jira. You’ll provide clear, helpful updates to clients while their issues are being resolved.
- UAT & Integration Testing: Conduct User Acceptance Testing on new features to ensure they are production-ready and meet the high standards of the ISO-OS platform.
- Dev-Team Liaison: Translate "user problems" into "technical bug reports." You’ll work closely with our Python/React developers to prioritize and track fixes.
- Testing Automation: Help us identify repetitive manual tests that can be automated to improve our long-term delivery speed.
- 1+ Years Experience: Background in QA, Technical Support, or a junior development role.
- Technical Literacy: You don’t need to write production code, but you must be able to read and understand Python and React logic to identify errors and log detailed bug reports.
- Excellent Communication: High proficiency in English. You can explain technical concepts to non-technical users and speak "developer" to our internal team.
- Systematic Thinker: You enjoy breaking things and finding edge cases before our clients do.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
While you won't be building the product, you will be interacting with:
- Backend: Python (Flask), MongoDB
- Frontend: React
- Tools: Google Chat, Ticketing Systems (Jira/Linear/Zendesk), and Browser DevTools.
- Type: Contract (Remote)
- Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
