At AuditOne, we’re building modern tools that help auditors and certification bodies streamline compliance, certification, and assurance processes. Our mission is to make audits more transparent, efficient, and scalable by replacing outdated manual workflows with smart, automated solutions.
We’re a small, fast-moving team looking for a Full Stack Developer who’s strong in Python (Flask) and can contribute across the stack to help us ship faster and reduce delivery bottlenecks.
What You’ll Do
- Build and ship features across our Flask + MongoDB backend and React frontend.
- Align APIs and frontend integration for smooth, performant user experiences.
- Support and unblock the dev team to accelerate delivery.
- (Bonus) Contribute to Web3 integrations (wallet connect, smart contracts, etc.) if you’re familiar.
Our Tech Stack
- Backend: Python (Flask), MongoDB
- Frontend: React
- Bonus: ethers.js, web3.py, or smart contract development
⚠️ Please note: We are not using Node.js for our backend. This role requires strong hands-on experience in Python (Flask).
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience building and shipping production-ready full-stack applications.
- Strong skills in Python/Flask and React.
- Solid understanding of API design, integration, and debugging.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Experience with MongoDB and modern frontend build workflows.
- (Bonus) Familiarity with Web3 tools (ethers.js, web3.py, wallet integrations, smart contracts).

- Type: Contract (remote)
- Duration: 6 months, with possibility of extension
- Start: ASAP
